"On Nov. 2nd, 2015 - I broke my ankle, needing surgery. 11 months later - my feet changed. Not width wise, but length wise. I needed to go up another size."

"Have finally found a New Balance walking shoe that has velcro closures. These are great. It's not that I can't tie my shoes any longer, I just love the convenience and ease of just using the velcro. Love them."

"I always wonder why the model changes or disappears. The 811 was perfect; 813 has a shallow toe box and the last is not as wide as 811."

"My hook and loop shoes are very comfortable. Since I have trouble with my feet swelling they are almost perfect. The only problem I encountered was that the tongue of one of my shoes always seems lower than the other or tends to slip down under the strap."

"The size and width are what was expected. I do not like the straps or the clothe tongue. Not as nice as my NB 812. I love that they are made in the USA and will order again"
