"Got these shoes because you can't find many in 4E. Great shoe but the insole really sucks. I can wrap a piece of cardboard with toilet paper and have a better insole. so after paying $130 for the shoes, I spent another $80 for a good pair of insoles. Thanks"

"Have has a pair of 1765's for quite a while. They were the most comfortable NB shoes I have had. Been looking for a replacement and the 1865 did that. Very comfortable and light. Considering getting another pair."

"Love the look especially in a walking shoe. Ordered these with hopes the 4E were going to be wide enough. They weren't. Talked to customer service and they said this shoe does run narrow. Wish it fit. I would have kept these."

"I own 5 different pairs of NB, from tennis, to racquetball, basketball and walking. All of them are 11 4E. The new 1865's are 13's. After trying 4 different sizes to get one to fit they are a very comfortable shoe for walking. Cushion is great. Very light. Very nice looking."
