To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipping address. You can do this by placing individual orders online or by calling Customer Care to place the orders for you. New Balance reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. New Balance is unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Free returns.

If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days from purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. Non-returnable items cannot be returned.
