Nice but quite narrow
April 12, 2019
I haven't run outside with these shoes but I tried them inside the store. I wanted a neutral shoe because I wear an orthosis. I have narrow feet with hallux valgus on both feet, and I like a lot of room for my toes. These are well made, lighter and more flexible than most trail running shoes, although I wish they could make them even more light and more flexible. They feel like they could get warm in the summer but again, they seem still better than most trail read more shoes as far as breathing. The orthosis fits well in them, but I had to take one half size bigger than my usual size, which is 40, because the toe box is snug. It's narrower and lower than with my 890 v7(love those!) and my old but cherished 2015 Vazee Pace. I might keep them but I have ordered a Fuel Core Nitrel Trail (not the V2, it's too ugly!) in a full size bigger than my usual size, to compare. read less
