UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. In-stock orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received. All orders received for in-stock items ship within 1 business day. To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipping address. You can do this by placing individual orders online or by calling Customer Care to place the orders for you. New Balance reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. New Balance is unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days from purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. Non-returnable items cannot be returned.
We work hard to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our operations, we are experiencing some supply chain challenges. In some cases, certain products may have limited stock or be unavailable at this time. We hope to restock as soon as your product becomes available.
We offer two convenient gift options: an eGift delivered via email or a physical Gift Card sent by mail. Both are valid on footwear, apparel and accessories purchased at
and participating New Balance stores.
Gift Cards and eGifts are available in increments of $25-$500.
Gift Cards purchased on newbalance.com are sent via first class U.S. postal mail and are generally delivered in 3-5 business days. Delivery times will be longer when shipping to U.S. Postal Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
eGifts include a personal message and are sent to the recipient's email address immediately after the credit card is processed.
We are unable to ship separate items to multiple addresses. Gift Card and eGift purchases are processed separately from other items in your shopping cart and your order confirmation is your receipt.
Redeeming Gift Cards and eGifts
Gift Cards and eGifts are redeemable for merchandise at newbalance.com and participating New Balance stores. Gift Cards and eGifts may be applied to orders placed online, over the phone with our Customer Care Department or at participating New Balance stores. Simply enter the gift code during checkout or present the eGift or Gift Card to the store associate at a participating New Balance store. If the amount of your Gift Card or eGift exceeds the order total, the balance will remain active for later use. Gift Cards and eGifts do not expire.
Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except to the extent required by law, or other Gift Cards or eGifts. If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Card or eGift amount, the difference must be paid using a credit card or other valid means.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards/eGifts
Gift Cards and eGifts should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. We are not responsible if the Gift Card or eGift is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
Returning Items Purchased With a Gift Card or eGift
If you need to return an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund amount will be added to the original card. If your return was purchased with an eGift, we will email you a new eGift valued at the refund amount.
