Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100. Items ship within 5 business days. Once shipped, your order may take 1-5 additional business days to arrive. 

For orders under $100, $9.95 will be charged for shipping. 

All orders ship via UPS. Please note that UPS is not able to deliver to a P.O. Box address.

No, our team works hard to process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.  

To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address. 

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Check your shipping confirmation email to see which items should be included in your delivery. If your order is split into more than one shipment, you will receive separate emails for each shipment.

Occasionally, weather, glitches, & other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipping delays. To check the status of your shipment, use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.  

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it: 

  1. Verify the order was placed with the correct address by checking your order or shipping confirmation emails. 
  2. Wait for the full estimated shipping time frame to pass. Packages may show as delivered for up to 2 business days prior to actual arrival. 
  3. Contact our Customer Care team if you are still unable to locate your package.
