Yes, a selection of products that are for sale on newbalance.ca are also available in a New Balance store near you. To see pickup options during checkout, choose “Pick up in store” and use your zip code to select your local store.

You can also set your store while shopping by using the store selector in the upper left hand corner or in the mobile menu.

First, navigate to the product you are interested in and select your size and width. Then, choose the “Pick up in Store” option under the Add to Cart button and use your zip code to find a store near you.

Once your order is placed you will be notified by email that we have received your order and are processing it. Once we have prepared your order for pickup, you will receive a second email confirming that it is ready for pickup. When you arrive at the store, please provide your name and show your pickup email to a store associate.

When shopping, select Pick up in store before adding your item to your cart. Then proceed through the checkout process. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification that we have received your order. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a second email notification to alert you. You can pick up your item any time after receiving the email indicating that it is ready for pickup.

Note that you can submit an order in which some items are set for pickup and others are shipped to you. 

In the event your online purchase for in-store pick-up needs to be canceled, please contact our customer care team. Returns can be made through our online portal or at any New Balance store.
